About Us

Molly is a blogger and She-Hulk enthusiast. She graduated from Penn State University in Spring 2015, where she wrote her undergraduate thesis on female-occupied spaces and masculinity in geek culture. She is passionate about social media and its ability to create fandom and community, educate on social issues, and facilitate activism. Maddi recently graduated from Penn State with a degree in journalism and minors in English and women’s studies. She spends a lot of her time reading and thinking about comics, and is particularly interested in the ways in which feminism intersects (or doesn’t) with the stories, characters, and community. She also enjoys houseplants, baking, Jeopardy, and rearranging her bookshelves.
